5) Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments may be requested or scheduled through the Site’s scheduling tool or by contacting us directly. Scheduling a request does not guarantee an appointment time until confirmed by our team.

Cancellation and no-show policies will be communicated to you separately at the time of scheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary.

6) Text Messaging (SMS) Program

STL Physical Therapy, LLC (“STL Physical Therapy”) offers a text messaging program for patients and prospective patients who opt in.

Care and appointment messages: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from STL Physical Therapy about your care, including appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations and follow-ups, missed-appointment follow-ups, and two-way conversations with our staff.

Promotional messages: If you separately opt in to promotional messages, you may also receive texts about open appointment slots, special offers, and check-ins about returning for care. Verbal consent does not enroll you in promotional messages.

  • Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and interactions with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
